Are the Sabbath and the yearly Feast Days Jewish institutions and celebrations?

Very briefly, we believe that Yahweh instituted the weekly and annual Sabbaths. "Moreover also, I (Yahweh) gave them My Sabbaths to be a sign between Me and them, that they might know that I am Yahweh that set them apart." (Ezekiel 20:12) He gave these Sabbaths for all humanity -- "One law shall be to him that is homeborn and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you." (Exodus 12:49) "The Sabbath was made for man...." (Mark 2:27)
